Playing on extreme with a full Charisma build. I can just dodge all day and let Kurt and another companion kill everything. Works fine (albiet slower than if I fought) for everything but boss fights. Full charisma build seems to make them substantially better and they can kill just about anything you fight on extreme difficulty.
