WebJul 18, 2014 · I tried setting my alarm to go off every 45 minutes or so, depending on what I was doing. The problem for me - I hate the alarm on the fitbit. It goes on too too long and vibrates so much it felt annoying. I just have my phone alarm set to beep or vibrate (I can hear that) instead. Works better. That way I can control the sound level.
