WebDec 4, 2024 · We change once at night. Nappies are made to hold up to 12 hours. Never had any leaks or nappy rash. Babies tend to not wee/poo as frequently during a long sleep (just like we do). We change at 11.30pm feed then next change is at 4.30am feed followed by a change with every feed (if not dry) throughout the day.
