WebSep 26, 2013 · No, it's a shellback certificate. It is "signed" by "Neptunus Rex, Ruler of the Raging Main". It is a "shellback" ceremony, not a "Neptunus Rex" ceremony. I've seen, IIRC, four of these medals. Not that I've been seriously looking for them, but I think because they were relatively cheaply made (especially the ribbon), not many survived.
